Day Drop-in Center

During Lent

During Lent, Memorial is responding

to a need of our local Day Drop-in

the Homeless of Nassau County.

They are in great need on many items, including:

- Nonperishable food items, i.e., Vienna sausage, fruit cups, tuna/chicken in a bag, beef stew, spam, and water

- Hygiene items: shampoo, lotion, razors, toothpaste & brushes, nail clippers

- Sleeping bags, tents, backpacks, blankets, hand warmers

- Sun screen, band aids, bug repellent

The Day Drop in Center is a safe, compassionate, supportive place for our homeless community. The Center provides showers, laundry facilities, snacks, breakfast, and lunch six days a week; a mailing address, a secure place to store documents, assistance in writing resumes, obtaining an I.D., a birth certificate, food stamps and other benefits.

Items may be brought to the Partin Center or dropped off at the Coalition for the Homeless Day Drop-in Center 1005 South 14th Street at the Fernandina Beach Church of Christ Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:00AM – 1:00PM
