This is how we describe our congregation's dedication to serving in our community and world. Mission is an essential part of what it means to be a follower of Jesus and is an important part of our life at Memorial. We strive to help love show up in our schools, neighborhoods, and around the world, and God invites us to participate with what God is doing in those places.
Memorial partners with organizations in our local community and in other countries who are also doing God's work. We support our mission partners through hands-on service and financial contributions.

The Walk for Water is an easy, untimed 3mile walk from Central Park to the beach and back. We’ll carry buckets to the beach, put water in them and carry them back to the park. This is all symbolic to highlight the journey millions make each day to gather clean water. There is a $25 per walker to participate and the donations all go to Water Mission which is a Christian engineering nonprofit that builds safe water solutions for people in developing countries, refugee camps, and disaster areas.
