July Mission Emphasis - - Our emphasis for this month is Nassau Builders Care. Since November of 2009, MUMC's Builders Care has built 4 wheelchair ramps, joined in a massive yard clean-up, repaired a building, and installed new doors for another church. Our main emphasis is building wheelchair ramps for inviduals who need them for various reasons. The high end cost of building one ramp is $2,200. Please give generously to this mission of MUMC.

Great things are happening at Memorial United Methodist Church! The Spirit of God is moving and lives are being changed. We are a congregation of loving and caring individuals who seek to make disciples of Jesus Christ every day of our lives. We take seriously our call to United Methodist theology and beliefs and follow John Wesley's lead in working for social justice in our community and world. Indeed we strive to "be the hands and feet" of Christ in all we do.
We invite you to come check us out - - and help us truly be people who open our hearts, our minds and our doors!
